Information from financial transactions is never given out, rented, or sold to advertisers. After a transaction is completed, the only financial records kept are those necessary for normal, private and internal business and legal/tax record keeping.

We safeguard all sensitive data: To enable us to process your booking we have to ask for personal and private information from you. This will include the names of anyone in the party booking, your address, telephone number, credit card details and any other details that may affect your booking (e.g. disabilities, dietary requirements for the welcome pack, medical history etc.). This is standard procedure whether a booking is made online or via telephone.
No sensitive information of any type is stored on Travillas.Com public web servers. Any Travillas records needed to complete a financial transaction or to maintain normal, private business and tax records are kept on a non-public system that is physically and logically separate from the public web servers, and guarded by protective hardware and software devices and methods.
All the information retained on our central database, is controlled by our administrative staff only. We have taken the greatest care to ensure this is inaccessible to anyone other than Travillas personnel.

We don't spam or abuse your email: If you do choose to input optional personal information on this site - such as providing your email address, this information is never given out, rented, or sold to advertisers.

You may easily opt out: For example, if you want to unsubscribe from the TravelOffers at Travillas newsletter, you'll see that each and every issue of the newsletter has a link to a password protected subscription management tool, which allows you to set your address to receive no email from the newsletter either temporarily or permanently. Any cookies used there are purely to allow secure access, and are deleted once you log off.
