Villa Hugo - Vale de Parra - Sleeps 12
Villa Hugo, situated in Vale de Parra, is a versatile property that will suit both smaller and larger families or groups. The villa is split into two parts, the main house with 3 bedrooms and a downstairs apartment with another two. You can rent just the main part of the villa if your are a smaller group or the entire property for parties of up to 12 people.
The upstairs part of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautifully furnished living room with dining area and two full bathrooms with a bath/shower. There is one double, one twin and a third bedroom with three single beds. The living room has patio doors opening onto a shaded veranda with a dining area and a view of the surrounding countryside and garden.
Downstairs there is a separate apartment with an open plan kitchen, dining room and living area. There is another full bathroom, a twin room and fifth bedroom with three single beds.
Whilst the recent refurbishment of the interior is modern and fresh, the garden provides a stunning contrast. The mature trees and plants provide a peaceful, private haven to enjoy the summer days with lots of shaded areas to keep out of the midday sun. The dark blue swimming pool lies alongside a stone wall where there is a rustic built-in barbecue and, at the other end, a outside shower. There are stone seats and tables alongside the sunbeds and hidden away at the end of the winding paths.
For those who find the garden too shady, there is a large sun terrace on the roof of the property that has far reaching views of the surrounding countryside. The driveway at the front and side of the villa is also spacious, with lots of room for parking or for a kick about. The whole property is fenced and gated.
