Situated near Areias dos Moinhos, a quiet area just over half a mile east of Carvoeiro, Casa Mimosa is a comfortable one storey villa which has recently been completely renovated and now offers a high standard of accommodation with new and modern furnishings.
A small bar and a choice of restaurants are conveniently situated within walking distance. The nearest beaches are just over a mile away.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a comfortable sitting room and a dining room both with doors leading to terraces. Accommodation consists of a master (Twin) bedroom with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms sharing a further bathroom.
Outside there is a large garden with a good variety of trees and shrubs and a private swimming pool (4m x 8m). In addition there is an outside shower and a barbecue and seating area.
