Casa Algarvia - Albufeira - Sleeps 6
Casa Algarvia is a typical Algarvian farmhouse which has been lovingly restored. The owners have managed to blend a modern décor and up to date facilities whilst retaining all its original charm and character.
It is located in a rural area between Olhos d'Agua and Pata de Baixo. Whilst the villa itself is in a peaceful area, it offers the convenience of being close to the beach resorts of Albufeira and Vilamoura. Some of the Algarve's top beaches and golf courses are within a short drive (8-12km) as well as all the other amenities that these resorts have to offer.
All on one level, Casa Algarvia has three spacious bedrooms, a double and a twin with a shared bathroom with bath/shower and a further double with en suite shower room. The kitchen, whilst small, is very well equipped and has a separate, adjacent dining area. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a fire place, satellite tv and stereo.
The extensive grounds outside are beautifully divided up into lots of different areas, including a choice of seating areas for sun bathing and dining. There is shaded children's play area (equipped with a swing, slide and see-saw) next to an "eira", a large paved circle traditionally used to dry and sort crops such as figs, wheat and chickpeas. The large swimming pool (5 x 10m) has roman steps and an outside shower. The gardens are attractively landscaped with flower borders around the lawned, cobbled and paved areas that can be accessed either by steps or gentle slopes.
This villa would be suitable for families with children and people with walking difficulties as the accommodation is all on one level. The whole of the outside area can be accessed without using steps to reach nearly all the different parts. The property is totally enclosed with a drive through remote controlled entrance gate with parking within the grounds.

There is a charge of €15 per person per day when the occupancy exceeds 6 people using the annex as accommodation.

Where holidays cross 2 seasons, the rent payable is at the appropriate daily rate. Currency conversions from Euros to Sterling are only an indication and may vary slightly at the time of booking.
