Villa Pires is situated around 750 metres away from both Carvoeiro square and Carvoeiro beach. The villa is within walking distance of many sidewalk cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Villa Pires is close to Curva do Monte, Villa Bela and Villa Teresa.

Accommodation comprises on the ground floor a confortable sitting/dining room, furnished in typical Portuguese style, one twin and one double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. There are French doors from the sitting room to the swimming pool terrace also a covered terrace area with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Further terrace doors lead to a larger terrace overlooking the countryside and Carvoeiro. On the ground floor there is also a well-equipped kitchen, which includes washing machine.

On the first floor via marble stairs there is a twin bedroom with an extra single bed, and a double bedroom, both sharing a full bathroom. Doors lead to the upper terrace overlooking the countryside. The swimming pool (5 x 10m) has large tiled surrounds also has a purpose built barbecue.
