Villa Jade is a lovely, spacious villa, positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular resort of Vilamoura. It is particularly child friendly as it has a swimming pool which cannot be accessed unless the entrance gate to the pool is open. The villa is traditional in design with modern décor, furnishings and equipment, including a large Plasma TV.

There are shops, bars and restaurants close by in an area called the Old Village. The 5 star Hilton Hotel is only a few minutes walk from the villa and offers Spa facilities. The Marina, with its lively atmosphere and night life, is also easily accessible.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Downstairs the accommodation comprises a spacious air conditioned living room with fireplace, a large plasma screen and satellite receiver, DVD player and a stereo CD player. French doors lead to a terraced area overlooking the swimming pool. The dining area has a solid wood table and also benefits from patio doors overlooking the terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. In addition there is one double bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom and patio window onto small garden area and one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room overlooking the garden; both have air conditioning.

Upstairs the master bedroom has two double beds and doors onto a south facing patio overlooking both the garden and the swimming pool. It also benefits from air conditioning and has an en-suite shower room.

Outside there is private parking in the drive way, a large garden with a variety of shrubs and trees, a gated swimming pool (4x8m) an adjoining pool shower and a purpose built brick barbecue.
